Yes. Bizzon Plaza in F-11 Markaz has street parking directly outside, and the wider F-11 Markaz commercial area offers ample parking within a short walk of our entrance on Hilal Road.

Our F-11 Markaz location is convenient for clients from F-10, F-11, F-8, G-11, G-10, G-9, E-11, DHA Phase 1 & 2, Bahria Town, and Rawalpindi. Hilal Road is easily reached from the Islamabad Expressway.

Serenity Spas is open 7 days a week, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, including public holidays.

Walk-ins are always welcome. However, booking ahead guarantees your preferred therapist and time slot, especially during evenings and weekends. We strongly recommend booking for peak hours (6–10 PM).

We offer 10 professional therapies: Full Body Oil Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Head Massage, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Back Massage, Foot Massage, and Foot Reflexology.

Full body, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massages are available in 60 or 90-minute sessions. Targeted treatments (Head, Neck & Shoulder, Back, Foot) run 30–60 minutes. We recommend 90 minutes for your first full-body visit.

Yes — couple massage in Islamabad is available at our F-11 Markaz spa. We arrange side-by-side sessions in private rooms, ideal for anniversaries or date nights. Swedish massage is the most popular choice for couples. Book via WhatsApp to arrange.

At this time, Serenity Spas operates exclusively from our spa in F-11 Markaz, Islamabad. We do not currently offer home visits — our purpose-built environment is designed to maximise your relaxation.

Serenity Spas has certified male and female therapists. We serve male clients with male therapists. Please state your preference when booking and we will accommodate your request.

For oil-based massages (Full Body, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy), you are appropriately draped with fresh linens throughout. For Thai massage, you remain fully clothed in loose comfortable attire — we provide suitable clothing if needed.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit. Avoid heavy meals for an hour before. Stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol before your session. Inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or areas to avoid before the session begins.

Yes — mild soreness for 24–48 hours after a deep tissue massage is completely normal, similar to post-exercise muscle soreness. Drink plenty of water after your session to help flush released toxins and speed recovery.

Please consult your doctor before booking during pregnancy. If you have medical clearance, inform us when booking so we can assign a therapist experienced in pregnancy-safe techniques and make appropriate adjustments for your safety and comfort.

We accept cash payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Contact us in advance if you have questions about payment arrangements.

Fresh linens and towels are used for every client without exception. Treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitised between sessions. All oils and products are premium, skin-safe, and hypoallergenic. Our therapists maintain full professional hygiene standards at all times.
